Made an appointment over the phone to get a glasses exam.  I showed up and was led into the exam room.  The tech that was helping me was very engaging and friendly.  She asked about the last time I had seen a Dr.  Through her conversation, we discovered that I likely already had an active prescription.  A quick phone call to verify, and just like that, I was told that I didn't need to spend any more money, I could go next door to order my glasses with my existing prescription.Bottom line, they saved me a lot of money by being honest.  They didn't have to do what they did...but they did it...and seemed happy to help.I'm a customer for life.Thank you!
